What if Google Earth were "Live" ?

  For those who have watched Deja Vu, you would have seen how powerful a database can be, when you have multiple input channels of video footage, satellite footage and infrastructure information.
  
  What if you woke up tomorrow and realised your Google Earth was somehow "live" and you could see things happening at the very moment.What would you do with this power?
