SHe is feeling inferior because someone mayb has mention that she's an ITE gal and something, so she finds u, talks to u abt her "prob" and hope u can give her a little bit of console, even if u don, she hopes to find out how ppl outside really think of a gal in ITE.
u can see, after u said those, she didn't repply u.
thats because she's gotten her answer.

after higher nitec course in ITE still have chance to study in Poly then if good results maybe can get into university

the reason is quite simple. u shldnt have replied what u replied cos like what someone said earlier u were too formal and your tone is WAYYY out of her type of pple.

You know, sometimes, its bad enough to have people to look down on ITE students, or people of a low education level, but when these people themselves look down on themselves, there's really nothing we can do. No matter what we say or do, they will still think they are inferior. Sometimes, even if we console them, they will still think that we are being sarcastic.
So my advice is, if she don't reply u liao, don't care lor. Its her loss anyway. -

firstly, I would say that in our lives, we meet many people and we can't please everyone.
but this was a good opportunity for one to learn how to be better in communications or in short, EQ.
for you have to understand, in your life, you would meet different people of different levels. One may be your superiors or even the tea lady.
the key is that you are still you, but communication-wise, you may have to tune to the same frequency as the person you interacting with.
anyway,since its over, nothing can be done.
But great opportunity for anyone who has a chance to interact with someone different from your zone to learn and see how best to interact with that person. I believe these soft skills will benefit you in present and future.
