Changing of handsets

  Just to ask...
  
  If u change handsets, how can u transfer the following data from the old to the new phone? Best way is not to SEND to the other phone, but if the old phone has no new technologies like BT or IR?
  
  - Contact list (on phone, not sim card hor)
  - sms/mms
  - photos
  - songs

  take out old harddrive and plug it in lor.
  
  seriously. i sync with outlook for contacts. photos etc, manually transfer to comp den to phone again.
