2 new-broadband networks!

  Seems like we're gonna expect 2 new BB networks already....one wired and one wireless...The offer is definitely irresistable (surfing at speeds of 1Gbps and fibre optics cables), but do you guys think that this would result in soimething like a single pipeline for 4 million users (approx)? o_O
  
  If so, then won't it be as slow (or slower) than our current BB networks in place?
  
  And come to think of it...govt can now check on its ppl more efficiently, see if got do illegal downloadings

  From the report, they targetting 1 million users for free network usage for the first year, or the LOWEST cost possible....
