  It was a really interesting module which talks about relativity and quantum mechanics. There's no final exam, but you need to write a 3000-word essay for the CA. And trust me, it wasn't too difficult to write the essay. You have to write it in the form of a fictional story, and believe me, you'll have too much to write.
  
  I'm also planning to take a Science GEM next semester. Thinking of something pretty lightweight too. I'm considering modules like General Biology or Understanding the Universe.

  You've cleared your GEM requirements you mean? As you know, one of the GEMs which you take must be an Arts GEM.
  
  Have you cleared your SARTOR requirements yet? If not, I recommend taking MNO1001 - Management and Organization. Best taken in the second semester.

  I dunno... the module I want opens only in round 2A. I really need to know - does anyone here have first hand experience in GEK 1527 Genes and Society?

  Nope didn't take Genes and Society before. Can't help here.
  
  Bidding is okay, but always got some waiting till close bidding before entering a bid. Must be careful of those people.
