Jiu Ying Zhen Jing is in two parts, one of them helps to learn and improve internal strength (qi) and the other is the skills (Bai Gu Zhua is one of the moves inside, because it is easy and quick to learn, hence many people are learning this).
huh? Guo Jing knows both parts meh? but he dunno Jiu Ying Bai Gu Zhua leh. his Jiu-Ying Zhen Zing knowledge is like half-boiled egg like that, i think.
Guo Jing knows both parts so it explains his high internal strength.

if Ling Hu Cong knows the complete Dugu 9 swords and he fight with Guo Jing, i think even Guo Jing xianglong 18 palms also useless.......but then, if Guo Jing's xianglong 18 palms can manage to hit Ling Hu Cong's sword, then the latter sure lose.......but from what i know, the focus/essence of the xianglong 18 palms is not the agility or the speed......it's the devastating damage caused by the strength of the palm.
also, regarding the Dragon Sabre and the Heavenly sword......inside both swords are the xianglong 18 palm manual, the JiuYing Zhen Zing and the Yue Fei's art of war, right?
who put all these inside? is it Guo Jing? -

i)Guo Jing got bitten by a super-powerful venomous snake, then become bai du bu qing. Duan Yu is because he accidentally ate a super-powerful poisonous frog. Maybe it's the vice-versa case, I forgot already.
