Wireless Internet Access Query For NUS LTs

  This problem is making me very frustrated.Often the signal strength in the LT is full and yet we can't seem to access it.
  
  Do we need to create a VPN for this?Any lao jiaos out there?

  I've never used VPN
  
  I keep getting logged out of MSN tho. Gets pretty frustrating when u're chatting

  Usually, such places everywhere incl LTs have wireless receiver boxes
