the person who wrote the "owe money pay money" at my block is a funny fellow. the person who owe him money lives on the 9th floor, yet that idiot wrote the wordings on the wall at the stairscase leading to the 10th floor.
another funny thing is that he also wrote down that person who owe him money's handphone's number. then realising he wrote wrongly, use a red marker pen cross out the number and wrote a new number.
anyway, the wordings has been there for weeks. the person who owe the money is either not at home or is too lazy to do anything about it. -

Had some at my block that other week..it was painted over pretty quickly.Was quite annoyed with it..spoilt the ambience of the corridor as we have beautiful plants and some little stools and wooden shoe racks belonging to my neighbour.

just an update, after so many weeks, today the walls with the "owe money pay money" graffiti at my block was finally painted over.
