On January 18, Microsoft re-released the security update for MS07-002 to address issues specific to Microsoft Excel 2000. This revised update is available from the
Office Update Web site now.
As part of Microsoft's routine, monthly security update cycle, we released the following security updates on January 9, 2007:
• MS07-001 - addresses a vulnerability in Microsoft Office (KB921585)
• MS07-002 - addresses a vulnerability in Microsoft Office (KB927198.)
• MS07-003 - addresses a vulnerability in Microsoft Office (KB925938.)
• MS07-004 - addresses a vulnerability in Microsoft Windows (KB929969)
How to get the updatesTo get the Windows update for your home computer or laptop go to the
Microsoft Update Website now.
OTE: Please review the

To manually download the Windows update, go to
Microsoft Update. After your computer has been scanned to see which updates it needs, click the Custom button to find and choose the update you want to install. We recommend you install all Critical updates immediately.
