hello people,
i was wondering if anyone wants to go camping overnight at Sisters' Island (one of the southern islands) on 8th March in the afternoon? i heard it's a really quiet and tranquil place to camp, picnic and spend time with your loved ones.
i was thinking of doing so but i found out the only way to go there is by chartered boats, and it costs about 70-80 per boat to go there, and the same price to come back. the max capacity of the boat is 12 ppl. so it'd be a waste if only me&my friend take the boat. it'd be great if a few more people would care to join us and split the cost. we'll be taking the ferry from marina south pier.
we were thinking of going there on a saturday afternoon at bout 5pm, and come back the next day, on sunday, at about 4-5pm.
please do come and join us to go there. hopefully if we are able to get around 8 more people to go we would only have to pay around 7+ per person per trip.
i'm really looking forward to people joining us to go there for a short stay at the island. and of course we'll be splitting ways when we reach there, only meeting up again the next day!
p.s. as you will be staying over, you'll have to get your own permits from the sentosa managment, per group. just thru a simple email. then it's done! you can check the sentosa website for more details.
i hope there'll be people joining us at the lovely island on the 8th&9th march! it'll be a really great experience! we'll have to confirm if we're going first before registering for our permits(obviously). so pls reply asap yea, by sunday if possible. thanks!
