Imagine going to bank and cannot withdraw your own money...they claimed I forgot my PIN ...asked me to pay $5. I diam diam pay lor, then their lousy system still cannot work...in the end ask me to withdraw from the outside ATM. What kind of rubbish bank is this? Made me go through all the trouble of signing forms, key PIN repeatedly, and paying for what?

I think this particular branch i went to...they really need to revamp their staff....cmi. The customer at the other counter also had some dispute about being short-changed in coins...then raised his voice and stomped off.
