It's from years of accumulated rubbish, and I get lots of rubbish mails everyday. -

Our email sometimes got big file attachments, and we have a lot of e-systems - like jobs and requests all done via e-system, which will generate a lot of auto emails. So if I'm in charge of approving a certain system, imagine the amount of auto mails that come to me.

But today I checked and it exceeded 500k liao, but still my mails didn't get bounced back. So....the limit is yet to be tested. Or maybe they give me extra big inbox. -

yes, u can be the 1st to test the limit and crash it

Do you mean filing hardcopies of your emails? I used to do that but now I dun, except for important ones...just keep the emails for a year, after that close one eye and delete. -
