Yes, Daiso has a tagline in Japan or something...'where everything is $2 '. Not sure about the $28 thing...maybe belong to neighbour? Daiso's variety is amazing and the quality is surprisingly good, altho' we can expect most are made in PRC. Very good or ppl who just moved house and setting up homes.
