Some of them have large no. of family members yet are very economical hor, esp. those who eat lots of fresh fruits, vege, and other fresh foodstuff - healthy diet and cheaper.
Must also factor in different cost of living in different countries.
The poor countries are like eating too little... or under-nourished... -
