Cheena blog name...which most won't understand.
She's only in her 20's! She kept insisted she booked a room twice..when I've already told her I din see her booking in the system (which she din read obviously). Then she gave me a booking no. eg. 12345. In the end, we found out the system msg given to her was something like: "your booking did not go thru bec room was already booked by no. 12345. " And she kept telling me her booking is 12345!
