  Those non aircon and those with plates that are placed outside ones are usually the old ones unless they have TVMobile installed... Those with TVMobile came in 1993 - 1994

  For SBS I think it might just be Volvo or Scania
  
  For SMRT, maybe back to the cheapo Japanese buses
