  Piangz....some telemkteer from HSBC just call me...to sign up for the free card...they gonna send the courier with the form for me to sign on the spot...and give me half an airtix for free (buy 1 get 1 free). So aggressive....

  I think they must have access to our banking details from the credit bureau...so if they see you are someone who charges to the cr card, i think they will try harder to earn some commission.
  
  Long time ago, my SO applied for posbank card (5 yr free) and got rejected coz he seldom use his other cr card. Then we move house, so he charged quite a bit of furniture purchases, so I told him to apply again coz i believe he will sure get it one. True enough he did.

  but i dun even hv a cc leh...so no records in credit bureau...i tink they simply go thru the business telefone directory? cos my collicks' fones ring one after another

  Did ur collic take it up? They can give lah...but it's up to me whether i want to use. I told her I dun need pseudo-free movies (buy 1 get 1 free) when I am already getting 8 or more totally free movie tickets.
