what he explain to me is..
cos this job..no need cert..so like i am now..can start young if i work hard n good at it..(selling their product) i can climb fast n earn good money..at young age..even more than those dip/uni cert holder..
then say if i contiue study + NS come out already 25 or more then i start working ..i start at ground lvl.
but this i can start now which im only 19 20..
no idea tho i dont like to do sales ..
n tho they say its like helping each other...earn
but i think its more like being leech n leeching others..

say if i were to further study i count..when i come out work around 25 26 years old..i think my pay only 2k?
