  I dunno where the milk is from.... Mon Niu milk from Mongolia is nice too...i sample it at the supermart....the brand is famous in China. Kay poh do free advert for them.

  Well, you can drink flavoured milk, like chocolate milk, etc. I think eating tian qi can increase height and frame.
