Brenner Ledet, 10, and neighbor Kelsey Thibodeaux (R) watch as a swamp buggy (a floating excavator) makes it was down the street towards the levee, on a flooded street in Chauvin, Louisiana, some 80 miles south of New Orleans. The swamp buggy was going to the levee to help repair the numerous breaks caused by Hurricane Rita. Resents of Chauvin and other parts of Bayou Country feel they have been largely ignored by federal authorities, charging all resources have been directed towards New Orleans.(AFP/Robyn Beck)
