tink peach got a lot of types...the canned type is yellow meat one....this one is white meat with a tinge of pink -

Fried rice paradise
Ingredients: Mackerel otah from Muar (it really contains fish meat!)

2 eggs (before being beaten up)

some chopped onions...
-
a small bowl of mixed veggies....
-
some diced chicken mushroom ham and fake crab meat...
-
scramble up the eggs...
-
throw the otah into the pan....
-
stir fry all the ingredients together with rice..

...and there you have it, fried rice with mackerel otah from muar
