Long exposure put 4 seconds or more, yes need a stable position. Even your heart beat also can shake it. Delay shutter release so your hand no need to be on the camera when the image is being captured.

I suggest those ppl wanna know more go library and borrow bks abt photography....
And for my T5 there's only the fully Auto and the Programmed auto...so i cant set the apeture and shutter control...but got other mode like night and fireworks...etc etc.. -
