  grp work is liddat loh, and every grp dynamics is different, then u can see dif characters, who's the leader type who's the follower type etc., and u can learn how to work with ppl which is good. but true it's ma fan, becos ppl are ma fan

  last time play game, i oso the leader but in the end, my grp lost

  win or lose got so many factors not necessary becos of u mah.
  
  good loh next time in your resume you can put all these experiences to show that you hv leadership quality, but dun need to mention the losing part of the game
