Anyone can share their experience? Do we need to bring lots of water, and got mosquitoes?

I heard it's a 11km long walk ...

My experience is there's no mosquitoes.. cos u'll be walking so much that you wun really notice anyway..
it's an 11km walk, if you walk average pace, it'll take about 4-5hrs. OR you can drive to Singapore country club. At the end of the road, a lot of cars park there and walk about 2km to the bridge.
Note that the closing time is 5pm hor! means that if u have to at least start making your way from the macritchie entrance at 3pm.. (Check the website for the official opening timing and closing timing.) -

that day we went to chek jawa, my baby was not with us...so i suggest the group continue with this walk since it was still early......
anyway we still walk all the way to the entrance of the bridge to see see look look lor....
give u that feeling like we were at the scene of the Jurasi (sp??) park....errie

cos sumone said going to close down n if wanna go muz call specially for apmt... -
chek jawa usually need to call early. Its always full i think....anyway their dates only out every quarter and by the first few weeks of the month, the dates normally all fully booked liao...Originally posted by BabyLover:ahahha

wat to see ah? ermm... let's just say that it's an adventure of a life time. it's the kinda of things that you do it once, and never want to do it again..
There's a huge suspension bridge, above the height of the trees. I think the view from the HDB at telok blangah heights is abt the same bah... haha..
But as singaporean, we should try to make the trip to see what the hype is abt.. and not to mention, it's a great workout to keep fit! -

along the way, there are benches.. and don't need to worry about the sun too, cos u'll be sheltered by the shade from the trees.
