Got a cuttlefish (yes, a sotong! ) for one of my marine aquariums last sunday, a very interesting (though ugly) creature that can change its body colour and patterning like a chameleon according to its mood. Shall try taking a pic of it soon..
Freshwater stingrays are super hard to keep alive... and the nice spotted ones are above $100..Originally posted by elindra:Do they have any nice fresh water stingray pups there? I'll go if there are, if not I'll save my cash
Yes yes! I tried once, next morning my entire living room was stinking like crazy with a very fishy smell.. turned out that during the night, the anemone had climbed onto the filter's powerhead and got sucked by the suction there and died. Anyway anemone's are supposed to be kept at cooler temperatures than our room temperature, so need aircon, water chiller or at least a fan continuously blowing across the water surface.Originally posted by BabyLover:yeah but not ez to care...do it wrgly.. they stink your whole tank!

I know that. Well I have kept sensitive fishes before and figured I can handle the stingray. Am aware of the price But I just want small ones for now. If not I'll just stick to goldfish and koi for my pondOriginally posted by cornyfish2000:Freshwater stingrays are super hard to keep alive... and the nice spotted ones are above $100..
