and everytime u go visit ur bb doc.. ask lor.. he/she may even gib u a booklet abt it!
i tink 4mths onwards can slowly intro heinz food n cereals...
then i cant remb wat mth start to intro porridge leh.. i tink i started 8mths...
carrots. potatoes, vege, until can swallow better intro fish, mince pork all tese lor... porridge base best if use some meat n not plain plain lor... -
