I like stir-fried deer meat with ginger and spring onions... yummy!
Another of my favourite is sirloin steak, medium rare. Like it with the fats and the tendons.. i think Jack's Place does it very well. -

in Oz they eat kangeroo meat.
my chinese friend told them: kangeroos rep australia, how can you eat them? like we also don't eat our pandas.

Hey u noe kangaroo meet has no cholorstrol, no fat, and definately no injected hormones?? Remembered one show that show someone eating crocodile tail, emu meat and kangaroo meat. i remember a chinese restaurant serve emu meat as spring roll with the minced emu meat inside.
