  beef - i'm carnivorous
  
  and me like only fillet
  those tough tough meat me no like
  
  like them in slices in beef noodles

  Tartar is a French cuisine made of raw beef
  
  i've tried a few times when i was in vietnam
  
  (vietnam was a French colony)

  for beef,, pple always say, those who know how to eat will eat it at medium rare then soft n juicy... but sumhow i juz cant stand the rare feeling... eeeks...
