  Actually it's possible to make such cake de.. They used paste icing mah, it can be maripazan(i dunno spell correct anot, but it's a kind of almond flavoured paste icing), or royal icing.. But I think they use the first one more.. Den add colour(try not to use the liquid type, use the paste type oso), and u can start moulding liao.. There's a pen type of food colouring oso.. but so far nv see singapore got sell..

  I need better recipes to make a better icing.. Right now not that good until can start a class lah.. ahahahaha.. And i feel that the icing is very sweet.. *cringe*
