Stage One - Agape Love
Agape love is the purest kind of love. It does all the work and expects nothing in return. It wants to do nothing but serve the other, make the other feel good, and promote the other's outlook on life.
This first stage actually occurs before marriage. In fact, we find it mostly in Junior High crushes and teen dating. What? Oh yes, teens a preteens display agape love better than most adults. -
Stage Two - Celebration
Stage Two is the beginning of the marriage itself. The couple fell in love. They decided to serve one another. They committed to one another an undying love and devotion. They started the celebration with a beautiful service to which friends and family members were invited. They marry and they all lived happily ever after..... Well, at least for a while.
This stage of marriage is appropriately labeled as celebration because this is exactly what the couple does. In fact, the first two years of marriage might be called the honeymoon stage. Very little goes wrong during this time. Love abounds, intimacy is shared, and hope and dreams increase. The idea of servanthood continues to teem in their hearts. It is a wonderful time for any couple. -

Stage Three - Power Struggle
The third year is one of the roughest years in any marriage. It is during this time that most couples have their first serious conflicts. As a result, most marriages that end in divorce do so in the third year. Also, of those couples who live together, most will decide to get married in their third year of living together.
Here's what usually happens. Remember agape love? It occurred naturally when the couple first met. During the dating stage the couple looked forward to serving one another. This attitude kept going throughout the first two years of the marriage. The addition of celebration fueled their love. Agape love always works, and works well.
But by the time the couple has reached the third year of marriage, the feelings that accompanied agape love begin to fade. Now, make sure you understand this: Agape love is not dependent upon feelings for it to work. Agape love is a decision to serve. The good feelings are just a bonus. However, the good feelings that the couple experienced during the dating and honeymoon stages masked the fact that agape love required effort. -
Stage Four - The Daily Grind
With the third-year problems out of the way, the couple can now settle down into the daily grind of making a marriage work. The power struggle is over for the most part. Each begins to understand how they personally have contributed to the problems and begin to look for ways to repair any damage. They now begin to get back to serving one another like they did in the beginning. They offer each other the benefit of the doubt in new conflicts that arise. They are more accepting and allow each other to be themselves. Most couples notice a remarkable change in attitudes at this time -
Stage Five - Shaping Up
This next stage of marriage has been called by some as a time of 'mutuality' or meeting in the middle (the 10th thru the 25th years of marriage). A couple in this stage has been successful in keeping their marriage going through the growing stages of the relationship. During this stage companionship begins to blossom. The couple no longer uses alienation or control as weapons against one another. Conflict is dealt with in less stormy ways. IN fact, conflicts are easily resolved. -

The web is definately a weird site. Can i have the source of it if you don't mind.
As the definations of each level are easily countered by several factual studies and basically flawed on it's own ideals.
Therefore, it's unauthenticated...doubtful.
