Try Nurofan Plus (There have basic Nurofen, but lower dose)... Panadol contains panadeine...its very useless one. I usually take Nurofen (Contains nurofein, and its stronger and works faster than panadol). And if u cant find nurofen, get aspirin...its also stronger and works faster than panadol. But Nurofen is the no.1 for me.
alternatively, u can try sex. But control the amount of sex, cos if too much, can get headache..jus enough sex so the brain release painkiller hormones.

oh yah.. i read frm mag also tat orgasm helps to cure headaches but not proven mah.. sum say even worse after tat
