A more severe case of PMS is known as PMDD~
What is Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)?
PMDD is a severe, disabling form of PMS. In PMDD, the main symptoms are mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, tension, and persistent anger or irritability. These severe symptoms lead to problems with relationships and carrying out normal activities. Women with PMDD usually also have physical symptoms, such as headache, joint and muscle pain, lack of energy, bloating and Breast tenderness.
According to the American Psychiatric Association, a woman must have at least five of the typical symptoms to be diagnosed with PMDD. The symptoms must occur during the two weeks before her period and go away when bleeding begins. -

I also allergic to girls with PMS, really scary, they can at one time, talk quite nicely to you. Then later, you make a mistake, no matter how small or what, jialat liao, kenna scolded until mei wan mei liao. And they tend to nitpick at every wrongdoings you made during that period of time. Really can predict when their big auntie come and go one. -

Characteristics of PMS Symptoms
- They begin sometime between ovulation and menstruation.
- They range from mild and hardly noticeable to severe and incapacitating.
- They disappear, often abruptly, each month with the onset of menses or shortly thereafter.
- They last anywhere from one or two days to two weeks.
- They may occur at any time in a woman's life, from menarche (the first menstrual period) to past menopause.
- They tend to become more severe with age.
- They may be attributed to early menopause or perimenopause but may actually be PMS that has become more severe with age.
- They may occur after a hysterectomy, with or without remocal of ovaries.
- They may occur after tubal ligation or even after tubal or ovarian surgery.
- They may occur after several illnesses or major physical, emotional, or sexual traumas.
- They may occur some months and not others.
- They may be more severe some months than others.
- They are usually somewhat consistent but at times may vary from month to month. -
Abdominal Cramping
Premenstrual cramps, which can feel alot like menstrual cramps, can occur up to two weeks before the period begins. They may or may not be followed by heavy menstrual cramps. Often the cramping begins at mid-cycle, the time of ovulation, and either continues full force or else abates until just before the period begins. Cramping may also be felt in the back, thighs or vaginal area. -

Headaches

my mum always tell me to be careful .. diabetes! but then i go doc n chk up sugar lvl still to the low side
