  'Sai weng shi ma yan zhi fei fu, sai weng de ma yan zhi fei huo'
  
  Basically means when you lose something, it may not be bad, when you gained something it may not be good.

  translation: u have reached the end of the road, but suddenly a village appears after a corner.
  
  i guess the usage is quite straight forward lah. say someone whos business gonna fail suddenly tio TOTO.. smth like that.
