Usual way... step on their hut/ tunnel and jump to the water bottle and use their claws to climb up. Or just push the rolls to one end, make it stand, then jump from one object to another till they reach the top. -

Ive 2 hamsters myself, and they will "hint" me whenever its time for me to change their dirty cages. haha, coz when my hand goes near them, they will come onto me and desperately want to bite my hand hard. And when i change their cages into a clean one, they will lick my hand sweetly and stop their ferocious biting! -
