yr cam...
half press at the edge of the kangaroo (i prefer this way) then when u hear a single beep.
reposition yr cam so that kanga in the centre and snap away

in technical terms

meter on the sky and AF lock it...recompose.

is it due to resolution and the quality?
mine is 640*480
and super fine quality wor...
think can only take like 40+ photos, then have to clear from hp liao... Laughing
