Step down from NPCC with no POP??

Just wondering, if anyone of you here who are/used to be in NPCC, did not have POP (Passing Out Parade) before you officially step down from NPCC?? (in preparation for your Os / Ns) If don't have POP, do share your feelings about it...

For mine every year have leh. Then the Sec 1 and Sec 2 just stare at the Sec 3s and 4s

For me, I'm more worse off than you guys... My batch didn't have any POP just because my OC say that our performance are NO good. Where got such kind of reasoning de? I have friends from other schools whereby although their performance no good, but they still have POP in the end... My OC even mentioned that we DON'T DESERVE the POP!! That's the most saddest part of my NPCC life... POP, to all of us, is a meaningful way to step down from NPCC (when you're in Sec 4 or 5), and this is what I got in the end................................

from a non-cadet's point of view.
i personally feel no matter how sucky your unit may be, each NPCC unit should have at least a passing out parade for their cadets. you see, you get this once in a lifetime, it's not as if you can have this everyday you know.
and the fact the school could undermine this shows how much they really care for their unit. in this instance, zero. i can understand how sad and depressing it must have been for the cadets who didnt get the chance to go through this once in a lifetime thing.
it's not as if you can turn back to your secondary school years. and i wonder how that teacher got him or herself that OC position, seriously. meanwhile, i'm hoping to see how my sister will go through hers next year, she's in a Area 15 school (:
but.. question here. wouldnt the AC know your school hasnt gone through the passing out parade? -
i didn't have a POP during my cadet life.
not even during my CIBTC.
but to be honest i don't really care. -
Have or not, doesn't matter ...
but if ur OC say u dun deserve anything, then it is time u F**K it, and boycott the bloody OC. Dun feel sad. because ur stay in NPCC is not because of ur OC, it is becasue of something else. If ur OC doesn't see it, it is his loss. He failed, as an OC.
