  starhub is green card
  
  m1 is m card
  
  pls check their details at the respective website
  
  but if u wanna get cheaper cards, go to little india
  for example, $10 card they oni sell $8, but u get $10 worth of credits.......

  can't be bothered about 2 bucks. but i dunnoe which shop to go to, to buy. websites neber put. only put where to buy top-up cards.

  first card go to singtel or m1 or starhub main shops or authorised dealers.....like ur ah beng hp shops
  must register with ur IC
  
  top up cards can buy anywhere else or go SAM machine
