Anyone taken your phone to the Nokia Service Centre for repair before? Was there a long queue? Did you have to bring all the accessories and warranty card there, or just the phone? If they have to take in your phone for repair, would they give you a temporary replacement?

better to bring ur wty card if ur fone is still in the wty period
depending on the prob, they fone may be there for half a day or a week. -

I think my N80 has an antenna problem. I can't seem to receive signal at some places, but when I use my old 8310 it can. -

Well, since this is an online forum I feel free to rant like a lunatic here. But in reality I'm a little scared of going down there again in person, since I might actually end up repeating these words, or their approximation, or even punching the poor service staff in front of me...
