Recommend Me a Handphone

  i need a second handphone for work - just to make phonecalls and sms.. budget not much, since its 2nd phone, just need to be small and compact.
  
  any recommendation? thanks..
  
  do u think i shld get 2nd hand?
  
  note: i dun wan nokia.. sorry nokia fans.
  
  note2: budget i think i can afford around 200 bucks.

  cant rmb, its cheep and good. most 2nd hand shops have it.
