nobody know about hands numb?

  hi, all, i did post on this before but no reply. because nowadays my hands...ok i should say plam. i feel numb. and it will not go off easily. like today 3am, wake up, but hands numb...then left palm..up to now, my left palm still numb.
  
  it did occur me a lot of times before. can i know anyone who know abt this.
  because is not like, you sit on the floor, and after a while your feet be numb. i mean it at least will go off soon.

  Could be poor blood circulation due to bad posture bah. Try to squeeze and release your hand, repeat this for a while. See still got numb anot.

  thanks. i acutally did that when i found out its numb =( i meassage..it and so..but there is a sudden more numb if i do that.

  same...i have it.....wad i did was to swing my arm around lightly. den clench and release my fist for 50 - 100 times. that does de job for me.
