that's bcos they love u.
If that's something that is risky, of course they wun be agreeable to it.
If there's a risk of getting urself injured or what, u have to think of them also. Consider from their viewpoint.
Me and my bro wanted to learn riding (bike).
But we aborted the thought liao. Tho I'm one who will persist on, but ever since my dad died bcos of an accident, I dun wana do such dangerous things that will worry my family.
But then if it's something that doesn't involve any risk and you really wana do it, try talking to them. -

Maybe you can try putting urself in their shoes... they must have a reason for doing so... Would you be happier if they didn't bother whether you're dead or alive? But actually sometimes when we're older, we should have a mind of our own liaoz... but u gotta be responsible for what u're gonna do... take care..
