today looks to be quite a fine day. Mood's quite fresh n bright, maybe becoz finally i've abt 7hrs of sleep..... Think i've almost recovered from last weekend streneous "swimming exercise"

Actualli...the feeling juz came....not becoz i've done anything yesterday or what...in fact, i was at home last night...did nothing.......
Sometimes i felt that it's still up to yourself whether you wanna be happy or not...even if workload's too much, y shld we use an unhappy attitude or mood to face it??? it'll even make it more terrible.... -
