There are no techniques in wooing girls, whatsoever.
First thing first. Both your target and you must have feelings for each other. Ifnot, please refer to Top 10 Rejection Lines by Girls for subtle hints as to whether you have been rejected ornot.
Ok, here comes the tricky part. You will never know whether the girl will accept you unless you ask. Either you pluck up your courage and face possible rejection, or you keep quiet and admire her from afar.
So, the best thing would be to be friends with her first. Everything started off as friends. There is no need to rush things.
Techniques? Sorry, uncle here is not a pro in wooing girls.

1. Those that I've met with low qualifications, almost all of them will study more if given another chance.
2. Most probably, they will find it more difficult to do so, given that they will have to juggle work and studies together. Trust me...it's very very tiring
3. In this fark up society, paper qualifications are still the basis for any considerations, regardless of how fark up you are. Even if you are fark up, you will still be better off than another fark up with lower qualifications than you.
4. You dont, and wont see any CEO with just an 'O' Levels cert
5. Your life may not be good with qualifications, but without it, your life will most probably be an uphill climb
6. If you choose to give up on yourself, then nothing else in this world is worth living for already. You can lose everything in life....everything but your will. Once you lose your will, that's it.
7. Don't say till like you love the girl how much how much....unless you can learn to accept her flaws, most prob you dont love her at all.
8. Dont ever...ever...ever belittle yourself....if you dont even love yourself, dont expect others to love you -
