that's kurapika...u got watch hunter x hunter? he very poor thing...his entire clan got exterminated and he sacrificed a lot to become powerful, but later gave up revenge for the sake of his friends -

Dream and Reality
I dream that one day, I'll be able to build icons in Singapore, the world. Not mediocre buildings like the esplanade and the supreme court. I dream that one day, I'll build houses that people can call homes. One that people can come back from work and really feel the meaning of a home. A house is not always a home.

The construction industry in Singapore is not what is used to be.
