Irritating & irresponsible user (s)

Hi Forum.....
i want to ask the following question cos i dun understand or if anybody ever asked before.....please reply with the thread directions.......thank you...
Question :>
There are always user (s) who post nonsensical and irresponsible post in this Forum. PPl we hate like clones or ppl who already kanna the Ban button .....
but..they can still return with a different nick.....
Is there any permanent Ban button to ban their IP address or any of their computer details once and for all to forbide them to come into this Forum to cause havoc again ....
(i am extremely pissed off with Mahai 102 which was told that he returned after banning from previous nick of mahai 101.....is it ok to post names??)
i forgot to add that he is crude and rude with all vulgarity and dirty words......

1. The super friendly ones.
2. The flamers
3. Despo
4. Retards
5. Etc
Mahai belongs to the 4th group. And it is this group that we shouldn't be bothered with. They are attention seeking buggers. As long as we reply angrily to them, they will bask in the attention given. Haha. Since they are retards also, they have lost all ability to reason. So don't care them.
We have fun can le. They are not even worth the fun in flaming them. -

Anyway, the best weapon to deal with them is ignore their sickening post lah. Or if you are smart enough to debate with them till they can't utter any more words, otherwise it's not wise to let these pests bother you. -
