Bradford, You are Fired!

This week on the Apprentice (Season 2), I fired Bradford.
He is no doubt the strongest performer in Apex but he made an outrageously stupid decision that is to waive his "exemption". Although there are far weaker candidates like Ivana for example, who exhibits poor leadership and Stacie who is hated by all her, I felt that Bradford's decision is critical and will even cause a company to suffer huge losses so I had to fire him. I thought I made a wise decision.
