Hi there,
It seems I've come across this forum many years too late!
I have been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks for over four years, with intermittent agorophobia because of how afraid I am of the panic attacks. I've tried all sorts of therapies I could find, but nothing has been a 'cure'.
There seems to be a big gap in affordable and effective therapies in Singapore, and I have been looking for support groups but haven't been able to find any that are still running. There are several online forums, connecting people anonymously, but nothing I can find that actually brings people together face-to-face who suffer from these kind of disorders. I would like to create a group of people who really understand what it means to go through or live with this disorder.
Please let me know if you would potentially like to get involved. My email address is [email protected]. If you are interested, please connect with me by email and I will update you with any progress and would love to share ideas of how we can get together and support each other.
Take care :)
It directly linked to natural disaster from the conduct of panick attackers and the emotional & intermittent agorophobia of the victims. If the bad karmic seeds of the panick attackers can be seen from their own eyes, they will voluntarily kneel down before their own conscience to seek complete liberation.
