  EPIP - Early Psychosis Intervention Program
  
  This department in IMH is to help and treat the above mentioned patients you are talking about, ie support group, consoling, finanical aid, etc.
  I really respect you for coming out with the idea, but the work you need to put in is not as simple as you think.

  For me the illness is a lifelong battle. Don't qualify for EPIP btw.
  
  BTW its not a treament programme but a social and support network for fellow sufferers. There is always a social stigma when you try to reach out ...
