Just post for fun lar, but not trying to hao lian here cause i believe there are always better people out there.
60kg BP max-12 reps
62.5kg BP max-8 reps
65kg BP max-4 reps
Cable pushdown
120 pounds- more than 10 reps
130 maybe around 9
140 around 6-8(if i am lucky, not so tired)
Deadlift i cant remember,just started doing it seriously this week only.
