do arnold press, shoulder press...
and....i cant remember the name of this exercise dammit... its like this:
start with weight down, palms facing your body
slowly raise your hand (note: use your shoulders to pull the weight up) by the side until there is a 90 degrees on your armpits
slowly lower the weights to starting position...
remember not to take too heavy weights..cos it is extremely prone to injuries..the shoulders..
there are alot of ways to pump your delts...go to the gym ask instructor for advice
